Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am – 4pm).
Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
Remote or outlying areas may require an additional 1–2 working days.

Shipping fees are guidelines only and may vary depending on item size, weight, and delivery location.
Flat rate (small items): R149
Additional items: R50 each
Oversized Items:
Small: From R139+
Medium: From R189+
Large: From R350+
Extra Large: From R645+
Bumpers / Bonnets: From R1095+
Final shipping costs will be confirmed before dispatch. Orders will only be shipped once full payment (including shipping) is received.Additional Charges

Any additional fees must be settled before shipment.
Back Orders
If part of your order is out of stock:
Available items will be shipped first
Remaining items will be sent once available
No additional shipping fees will be charged for the second delivery
Product Information
Items do not include accessories such as clips, fittings, wiring, globes, etc.
Lights do not include globes (if included for free, they are used at your own risk)

Using Your Own Courier
You may arrange your own courier:
Provide waybill details in advance
Notify us at least 24 hours prior
We are not responsible for:Loss or damage during transit
Courier delays or additional charges
Uncollected Orders
A 20% restocking fee applies to cancelled or returned orders
Items must be collected within 7 days of notification
After:
7 days: Refunds subject to management approval
14 days: We are no longer responsible for the item
60 days: Items may be resold to recover costs
Storage fees may apply.
Special Orders / Back Orders
Returns accepted within 7 working days
A 25% handling fee applies (even if correctly supplied)
No returns accepted after 7 days of arrival notice
